Our goal is to achieve academic excellence through the use of technology. Our web site will be differentiated and appeal to all learners. Due to the vast amount of information that can be found on the internet, we feel that students become easily overloaded. Our site will narrow down subject areas and target issues of concern.

According to David H. Jonassen in Learning to Solve Problems with Technology, schools are supposed to foster learning and allow students to be active participants in their own education. We believe the collaboration and problem solving skills that are obtained in classroom activities can also be carried over to homework through the use of technology. We want our students to be well rounded and successful in life and although memorizing and recalling information is important, being a good problem solver and a critical thinker are mandatory. Our web site will be designed to allow students to solve homework problems collaboratively with other students, with teachers being the facilitators.
