High-tech model classroom
	Two high-tech model classrooms are equipped with a server (secure broadband VPN with students home pc's and parents' pc's, community pc's, i.e. library), classroom desktop computers (laptops/tablets), Handheld computers (Pocket PC, 802.11/Bluetooth), smart-board technologies, video-conferencing, teacher-controlled desktop computer system (NetOP). This VPN can be the EV Electronic Village, BES/MMB envision.

	encourage SD peripheral development (i.e. probes)
	Intra-classrooms video conferencing - NetOP controlled
	Inter-classroom video conferencing (point-to-point and class-to-class)
	video cams at each desk
	video portal to twinned classroom - projection system - wall size for interactive "portal" (US/Romania)
	Experts Groups (EG) with specific subject/grade expertise, will develop projects/lessons Curriculum support central committee will coordinating project/lesson plan development.
	A Repository of projects and lessons for all ages and all subjects, that exploit the high technology, will be maintained

	Classroom-to-classroom Mentor in classroom Remote student in classroom (Classroom to Community) Public webcam portal for parents et al (open to VPN only)
